Omakase + Freshness
Omakase means trusting the chef to select the freshest fish of the day. We receive fish before 7 am daily and we always prefer wild fish that is in season and sustainable. Also, we do not have the cost structure of a restaurant. As a result, Zoku always provides the freshest, sustainable fish at a reasonable price.
